Did you know that if you walk a 5K, it's about 6,500-7,500 steps?  Yeah! That's not much, huh?!?  Most moderately active folks walk that much OR MORE in a usual day.

Join us for the Lost Gold 5K here in Washington, GA on April 26th @ 8:30am.  There will be a festival to accompany it with tons of FREE family activities (carnival games, foam pit, superheroes in character, facepainting, and more!).
